Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead execution of a defined-scope technical program, converting direction into a concrete, realistic plan.
  • •Break work into trackable pieces and use input/output metrics to monitor progress and surface slippage early.
  • •Align the project team, hold contributors accountable for deliverables and milestones, and anticipate the next set of work.
  • •Identify and track upstream/downstream risks and drive mitigation options through resolution with senior TPM guidance.
  • •Communicate project vision and success criteria clearly to teams and stakeholders, re-evaluating strategy and when to pivot as conditions change.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 151,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Active-duty service member enrolled in the USSOCOM Warrior Care Program, Career Transition Internship, or similar program (DoD SkillBridge not eligible).
  • •Able to begin the Career Transition Fellowship by November 2026 and complete at least 120 days before military transition.
  • •Within 180 days of military transition (separation, ETS, or retirement) at fellowship start.
  • •Typically 2 years of relevant experience, with a BS or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • •Ability to build realistic program plans using identified constraints and track progress with input/output metrics while managing scope, schedule, and quality trade-offs.
