Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate project cost control activities including billing drafts, monthly invoice compilation/verification, accounts receivable support, and accurate manual data entry/mapping.
  • •Manage project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout in Oracle Horizon, including maintaining WBS structures, time transfers, and compliance checks.
  • •Create, update, and maintain resource and cost-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6; identify activity lists, critical paths, and schedule risks.
  • •Support earned value and financial analysis by tracking planned value, actual cost, schedule performance, generating monthly accruals, and reporting project performance metrics and KPIs.
  • •Perform data integrity checks and audits, maintain project documentation, and create/track change orders while identifying and quantifying risks with mitigation support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with project management experience; Master’s in Construction Management or Project Management preferred.
  • •3–5 years of experience in project management with engineering or professional services consultants.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •CAPM-PMI / PMP-PMI certification or APM Membership and Qualification is an added advantage.
  • •Excellent analytical, quantitative, and attention-to-detail skills to maintain data accuracy for project controls and documentation.
