Job Summary

Lead AI automation programs for GBS Finance by serving as the technical bridge between transformation, AI research, engineering, and business stakeholders. Own the Management Operating System (MOS) for AI initiatives, translate model behaviors into measurable project milestones, and govern SLA/KPI metrics for both traditional and agentic AI workflows. Partner with engineering on system design, drive continuous improvements in the AI inference pipeline, and maintain documentation and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and own the MOS for AI escalations, model performance drift, and high-impact system failures, including proactive leadership status reporting.
•Define and track AI and agentic AI metrics (e.g., model drift, accuracy, AUC-ROC, precision-recall, cost-per-token, agent success rate, latency) and coordinate gap closure with data science.
•Serve as the primary technical contact for Digital Automation for GBS Finance teams and the broader Honeywell Finance organization.
•Partner with engineering to design traditional AI and agentic system architectures, including multi-agent hand-offs, memory management, and tool-use protocols.
•Leverage analytics for continuous improvement and maintain documentation for AI programs, model lineages, evaluation frameworks, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of total tech experience with 5-7 years leading complex AI/ML programs in a Global Capability Centre (GCC) or high-growth product environment.
•Lead system design discussions and evaluate trade-offs between AI orchestration layers.
•Familiarity with high-scale ERP environments (SAP, Oracle) and how AI agents interface with legacy financial databases via APIs or RPA bridges.
•Solid understanding of LLM lifecycles, agentic frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), and vector databases.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field (Masters/MBA preferred).
