Job Summary

Lead portfolio analytics and performance reporting for FAB's personal banking Credit & Collections. Key Responsibilities

•Use portfolio analytics to provide insights into portfolio behaviour and identify high-risk segments and opportunities, guiding profitable growth.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical reporting requirements and automate analytics using SAS, SQL, VBA, Macros, R, Python, E-miner, and other tools.
•Manage monthly and quarterly portfolio reporting for the bank, including reports to business heads and credit committees; monitor RAF, provisions, impairments, and related metrics.
•Set up independent controls to monitor key risks, run test programs, triggers, and ensure timely highlighting for action; ensure regulatory and internal reporting is completed on time.
•Mentor and develop team members; ensure processes are documented and followed across the unit.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
•Experienced in Credit Analytics with minimum 7 years of experience.
•Knowledge of SAS, SQL, and analytical tools (Oracle, R, Python).
•Understanding of portfolio monitoring, MIS reporting and regulatory reporting.
•Understanding of Credit Risk in Retail Portfolios.
