Key Responsibilities

  • •Cover dealing, investor registration, AML, FATCA & CRS, reporting, and complex investor queries.
  • •Handle investor and client communication and reporting for multiple fund domiciles (Irish, US, Cayman & Guernsey).
  • •Perform day-to-day quality checks and assurance, supervising more junior team members.
  • •Mentor and coach junior team members; oversee processing quality and timeliness with India operations as needed.
  • •Monitor monthly KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, meet client deliverables on time, and drive internal process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Third level degree.
  • •Operational experience in a transfer agency role.
  • •Ability to develop understanding of investor services and work under pressure, including unsupervised.
  • •Effective verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and team player.
  • •Self-motivated with initiative, tenacity, and the ability to stay focused.
