Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end product development for WW Own Brand multi-product categories, ensuring alignment to brand DNA, trend direction, and commercial ambition.
  • •Translate creative concepts into technically robust garment specifications across fabric, construction, fit, trims, and wash/finish.
  • •Champion the brand quality promise by ensuring durability, comfort, performance, fit, and compliance through testing, data-led decisions, and risk management.
  • •Build relationships with global suppliers and influence material choices, production methods, construction techniques, and finishing processes.
  • •Manage multi-category critical paths, lead fit reviews and technical sign-off, and use in-season performance and quality data to continuously improve.

  • •Proven experience in multi-product garment development within a retail or manufacturing environment.
