Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate product vision and multi-year roadmap for digital lab operations, tracking KPIs for automation, data integrity, cycle time, and adoption.
  • •Chair governance and change management, approving/holding/canceling projects and maintaining a healthy product change request pipeline.
  • •Lead customer discovery with BU stakeholders, LabOps, GIS, and partners to design workflows and hardware/process execution capabilities.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional delivery (engineering, QA, DevOps, design, product operations) and maintain release notes for high-quality on-time releases.
  • •Drive training, rollout communications, and adoption across user communities; capture feedback to refine the backlog and roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • •10+ years in product management, program management, enterprise systems, or related fields with progressive responsibility.
  • •Proven experience with lab automation systems and familiarity with lab operations and process/metrology workflows.
  • •Expertise collaborating on cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, and enterprise integration patterns.
  • •Ability to analyze, optimize, and document complex business processes with strong stakeholder engagement across BU, GIS, and LabOps.
