Software Product Manager IV

Own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of digital solutions for lab operations, enabling automation, data integrity, and operational efficiency. Lead product governance and change management, chairing prioritization decisions and escalation for unresolved issues. Partner with solution architects, application development leads, and lab operations to conduct customer discovery, define workflows, scope MVPs, and establish success metrics. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ship releases, drive training and adoption, and iterate the roadmap using feedback.
