Provide in-person and phone client service by building and expanding relationships through consultative conversations. Offer and cross-sell deposit, credit, convenience, and other financial products, helping meet client service and individual/branch sales targets. Support the retail community bank leadership routines, stay current on sales and product training, advise on consumer lending options, and handle loan applications. Maintain compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, including cross-training for teller duties as needed.
