•Support the team sales process via outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying opportunities; fulfill needs or refer to branch specialists.
•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions aligned to client needs.
•Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while adhering to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
