Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all aspects of the Route Delivery Driver role, including safe and efficient operation of the delivery vehicle.
  • •Conduct pre/post-trip inspections and promptly report issues to the fleet department.
  • •Safely drive, unload, and merchandise products along a designated route according to PBV and customer standards.
  • •Stock shelves and displays and ensure proper rotation; break down boxes and remove damages/empty cases to support proper credit.
  • •Obtain required signatures, store stamps, and invoices to ensure end-of-day settlement; communicate issues to store personnel and management; follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Class A CDL required.
  • •Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to first day of employment.
  • •Must be able to obtain a CDL permit within 45 business days if CDL is not currently held.
