Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and execute the B2C Retail & Restaurants secular shift go-to-market strategy across North America, expanding Mastercard’s footprint and leadership position.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to commercialize Mastercard solutions and cross-sell offerings across the Commercial and New Payments Flows team.
  • •Work with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients, identify opportunities, build the sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • •Coordinate commercialization execution with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery, ensuring adequate resources and seamless segment initiatives.
  • •Track and manage pipeline performance in SFDC and commercialization tools; support client-facing negotiations and align incentives with Mastercard’s value proposition.
