Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute the national Sports & Venue sector growth strategy and serve as principal market advocate across U.S. regions.
  • •Lead business development and client engagement using executive-level relationships to generate opportunities and win new work.
  • •Oversee pursuit leadership from opportunity identification through contract award, including capture strategy, proposal development, and win themes.
  • •Coordinate internal collaboration to create a unified national Sports practice, align resources across functions, and establish governance and knowledge-sharing processes.
  • •Provide program and project leadership with executive oversight, advising delivery teams on major sports programs and ensuring consistent client outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Real Estate, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • •15+ years of progressive experience leading sports facility, sports development, venue, entertainment, or large-scale capital project programs.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering large-scale sports, venue, entertainment, or complex capital programs across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment sector, including key trends and market drivers.
  • •Proven experience leading complex pursuits, proposals, interviews, and client presentations.
