Lead front-of-house daily operations as the right-hand to the management team. Train, motivate, and coach staff to uphold service, food quality, and cleanliness standards. Assist with scheduling and onboarding, resolve guest concerns, and support inventory, ordering, cash handling, and POS accuracy.
