Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree.
•6+ years of product management experience in enterprise applications or HR/Talent technology, ideally across multiple systems or product lines.
•Strong understanding of the Talent domain, including HRIS systems and how HR/Talent data flows across systems.
•Comfort operating across a portfolio of first-party and third-party applications, including vendor-managed platforms.
•Experience with GenAI and collaborating with engineering teams; strong written and verbal communication skills.
