Key Responsibilities

  • •Complete the 14-week Graduate Training Program and then assume Associate Account Manager responsibilities specializing in Equipment, Services, or Controls.
  • •Sell HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • •Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers on design, application, and sales of equipment, controls, parts, and services.
  • •Develop and execute sales plans and growth strategies for the territory to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • •Enhance sales strategies through technical/professional knowledge and analysis of market conditions to secure design wins and manage the sales channel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (all engineering areas of emphasis), graduated prior to the start of the Graduate Training Program.
  • •Passion for continuous learning in technical fields and communicating engineering solutions.
  • •Prior internship experience at Trane Technologies or ability to work in-office 3 months prior to the GTP start date.
  • •Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months, proof of insurance, and no major or frequent traffic violations (including specified recent offenses).
