Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and consult commercial customers on export finance and trade processing activities such as document checking, letters of credit advising/confirmation/transfer, collections, and risk participation.
  • •Advise the product development team on trade finance activities in line with international practices and ICC publications/local rules and regulations.
  • •Ensure developed procedures comply with bank policy and guidelines; review and close customer complaints promptly.
  • •Perform due diligence on applications, including priority customers, high-value transactions, and requests such as back-to-back letters of credit and red clause letters of credit.
  • •Ensure SLA adherence and operational quality by following SOP/OPM and applicable UCP/ISBP standards, including sanction checking, TBML checks, commodity trade document handling, and daily reconciliation quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate with thorough, in-depth understanding of Trade Finance products and functions.
  • •Minimum 9-12 years’ experience in Trade Finance.
  • •CDCS/CITF/CTFP certified.
  • •Thorough understanding of SWIFT, Trade Finance, and financial operating systems.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PPT) with strong analytical and communication skills.
