Personal Banker Associate I - Bloomington Main

After a 4–8 week onboarding and education program with rotations in operations and Sales & Service, this role becomes a Retail Personal Banker I focused on consultative selling. You’ll build customer profiles, recommend retail consumer and small-business solutions, and use CAMP and marketing tools to set financial review appointments. The position supports cross-selling, teller transaction processing, loan and bankcard processes, and meeting production and customer experience goals.
