Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary DS owner for creator reputation and Good Standing scoring, including improving the auto-approval model for DevEx requests.
  • •Lead anti-abuse modeling for creator rewards and creator analytics to identify bad actors at scale and protect incentive integrity.
  • •Drive creator data foundations as the DRI for core creator data infrastructure, including data contracts, semantic layers, and trustworthy analytical frameworks.
  • •Enable agentic and AI-powered analytics by building skills, evaluation frameworks, and scalable workflows that reduce analyst toil.
  • •Define creator analytics measurement and reporting, and provide DS coverage for Creator Store safety scores, store metrics, and asset usage analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •High senior or principal-level DS experience owning complex, cross-functional data problems end-to-end from problem framing through modeling, experimentation, and executive communication.
  • •Proven ability to build, evaluate, and maintain ML models for trust & safety, anti-abuse, or reputation systems.
  • •Strong statistical rigor, experimentation design, and causal inference skills, ideally for mediated settings beyond simple A/B tests.
  • •Ability to contribute to the data foundation layer for AI, including table documentation, semantic layer design, data contracts, and trustworthy infrastructure.
  • •Expert-level SQL and Python with enough engineering fluency to work across data pipelines, model outputs, and production-facing systems.
