Operations Engineer, Facilities (Starlink)

Build and improve facilities operations for Starlink by developing end-to-end processes, systems, and tools. Own process development, metrics, and dashboards that quantify operational health, and run deep analyses using SQL and other data methods to identify trends and drive change. Create standardized reports and automation to reduce risk and wasted effort, implement software/hardware tools, and support facilities initiatives across the manufacturing and office environment.
