Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the project engineering discipline in planning and tracking repair development projects to establish best-practice project planning.
  • •Triaging, planning, tracking, and reporting progress for assigned repair case work, driving on-time delivery.
  • •Interface with ASE program managers and discipline managers on schedule, budget, and performance.
  • •Support PW-internal and external repair businesses and/or engine centers.
  • •Identify risks, manage risk reduction efforts, and conduct root-cause investigations to enable continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering with 10+ years related experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years).
  • •Project Engineering experience.
  • •Experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule for programs with domestic and international customers.
  • •Experience executing a long-term strategy by partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Proven experience working with cross-functional engineering teams across the product lifecycle (proposal/concept through production and service).
