Job Summary

Lead the project engineering discipline for repair development projects across commercial engines. Own planning, triaging, tracking, and reporting for assigned repair case work, interfacing with program and discipline leaders to manage schedule, budget, and performance. Partner with internal and external repair businesses and engine centers, identify and mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement and root-cause investigations to support on-time delivery and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the project engineering discipline in planning and tracking repair development projects to establish best-practice project planning.
•Triaging, planning, tracking, and reporting progress for assigned repair case work, driving on-time delivery.
•Interface with ASE program managers and discipline managers on schedule, budget, and performance.
•Support PW-internal and external repair businesses and/or engine centers.
•Identify risks, manage risk reduction efforts, and conduct root-cause investigations to enable continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering with 10+ years related experience (or an advanced degree with 7+ years).
•Project Engineering experience.
•Experience managing risk, cost, quality, and schedule for programs with domestic and international customers.
•Experience executing a long-term strategy by partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.
•Proven experience working with cross-functional engineering teams across the product lifecycle (proposal/concept through production and service).
