Key Responsibilities

  • •Inbound Lead Qualification: Assess and respond to inbound leads to determine fit and sales readiness, conduct initial discovery to understand customer needs and buying intent, collaborate with sales to handover qualified leads, maintain accurate lead data in CRM, and share feedback with Marketing.
  • •Outbound Prospecting: Plan and build targeted lists, research target accounts and decision-makers, craft personalized outreach to generate meetings, follow a qualification framework to identify needs and buying intent, and ensure smooth handover to Sales.
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Sales, Technical Sales and other stakeholders to progress opportunities, align campaigns, share lead quality feedback, and provide market insights.
  • •Pipeline Management: Track lead activity, monitor pipeline progression, maintain CRM data hygiene, and report KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • •Travel: Occasional travel to engage with Sales and Marketing in the field when required.
