Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Workday technical implementation and enhancement activities across Time Tracking & Absence, US Benefits, and US Payroll, including module interdependencies and system administration.
  • •Partner with HR Technology, Field HR, and Shared Services teams to ensure optimal Workday utilization across configurations, business processes, data management, security architecture, and reporting.
  • •Configure systems in collaboration with third-party technical consultants, IT, and cross-functional partners.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and defects while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • •Participate in design, planning, implementation, and support of business process configuration, security, and administration; stay current on Workday capabilities and trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (preferably Information Systems/Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related).
  • •4+ years of Workday configuration and administration experience with advanced subject matter expertise in Time Tracking & Absence (mandatory) and Benefits/Payroll (US).
  • •Hands-on knowledge supporting Workday configuration including business processes, notifications, condition rules, custom reports, EIBs, and Security.
  • •Deep understanding of US Payroll rules and time calculations configuration, including time calculation tags, shift differentials, attendance points, eligibility rules, and downstream payroll impacts.
  • •Experience rolling out bi-annual Workday releases and familiarity with agile frameworks/tools such as Jira, Scrum, or Kanban.
