Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma required.
  • •2 years of relevant property claims adjusting experience with moderate complexity losses, including writing estimates for dwelling and structural damages.
  • •Advanced knowledge of estimating losses using Xactimate or similar estimating tools/platforms.
  • •Proficient knowledge of residential construction and property claims contracts, including interpretation of case law and state laws/regulations.
  • •Ability to travel 50–75% of the year (local and non-local) and/or perform catastrophe duty when needed; acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and 3 attempts.
