Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect, operate, maintain, and repair AMS systems on Hawk aircraft and support equipment.
  • •Perform aircraft fault identification, debrief and rectification, and support maintenance scheduling.
  • •Deliver maintenance support effectively to meet RSAF requirements while mitigating activities likely to prejudice maintenance or safety within Hawk fleet constraints.
  • •Support AMO delivery of serviceable aircraft to TAGF and ensure serviceable assets to meet the daily flying programme.
  • •Ensure procedural compliance for TMDE calibration cycles, support equipment maintenance cycles, and the tool control system; provide on-the-job training and submit required reports.

Key Requirements

  • •A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline (or technical apprenticeship), or suitable equivalent acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Part 66 licence (current or lapsed), or suitable equivalent technical license acceptable to M&CA.
  • •Relevant type training (‘Q’ Course) and equipment-specific training if required.
  • •Extensive post-qualification practical maintenance experience in an operational flying aircraft environment with formal recorded workplace-applied training, or substantial same aircraft type, or successful completion of BAESSA apprenticeship programme (SNTTP/TSNTTP).
  • •Saudi Engineering Council (SEC) Registration and demonstrated knowledge of aircraft maintenance, human factors, error management, health & safety, and proactive hazard analysis.
