Job Summary

Plan and schedule maintenance activities for the Prepared Foods facility, using SAP PM data and reporting to support preventive maintenance and equipment reliability. Analyze work order history, update best-practice maintenance standards, and make recommendations to optimize labor utilization. Coordinate shift scheduling, parts availability, and downtime planning while partnering with engineering, Operations Support, and other teams to deliver fact-based feedback to maintenance leadership.

•Maintain SAP PM system data and reporting, including reviewing P.M. work orders against equipment history.
•Analyze maintenance data for planning and scheduling, and update enterprise best-practice preventative maintenance.
•Recommend equipment reliability and maintenance labor utilization improvements based on findings and KPI feedback.
•Administer maintenance shift scheduling and work order backlog, including planning scheduled downtime and parts availability.
•Coordinate with engineering, local management, Operations Support, and corporate departments on special projects and CIR development.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school or GED; special training in maintenance or post-high school education preferred.
•At least two years of in-house mechanical experience and knowledge of parts room procedures and policies.
•Experience planning and scheduling maintenance management is a plus.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and SAP (or ability to learn quickly).
•Strong communication and mechanical aptitude, with organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently.
