Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving people-focused initiatives for organisational performance and workforce capability.
  • •Coordinate, develop, and implement HR solutions to address workforce challenges and shape strategic and operational advice to meet business needs.
  • •Develop and sustain relationships across the business to identify opportunities, challenges, and people management development opportunities.
  • •Support business units with succession planning and develop best practice across the end-to-end employee life cycle.
  • •Lead and guide managers on performance and employee relations matters, including policy development, reward and recognition, retention strategies, and communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent HR Business Partner or generalist role.
  • •Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreement workings, and HR best practices.
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting leaders on employee relations and performance matters, including knowledge of the external regulatory environment.
  • •Excellent stakeholder engagement, consultation, and communication skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
