Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead cross-organizational task forces to address quality events and failure modes.
  • •Perform in-depth root cause analysis and analyze failure modes; monitor and control test yield across stations.
  • •Provide onsite tier-1 support for test validation, test infrastructure, test setup, and station troubleshooting.
  • •Introduce and train new tests to the contract manufacturing (CM) engineering team.
  • •Supervise product engineering activities on contract manufacturing lines and coordinate with internal/external groups.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • •5+ years of technical experience in hardware design/system engineering.
  • •Experience with failure analysis/debugging and architecture or product engineering.
  • •Familiarity with manufacturing processes for electronic products.
  • •Proficient with lab equipment, lab setups, and troubleshooting; proficient in English.
