Job Summary

Own the product roadmap and continuous improvement of Classera’s flagship Learning Management System (LMS). Serve as the voice of the customer, translating business and user needs into prioritized backlog epics and user stories. Lead sprint planning with Engineering, define and track KPIs, and coordinate cross-functional delivery with UX/UI, QA, Sales, Academic teams, and Customer Success. Use analytics and A/B testing to enhance usability, engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the LMS product roadmap and product vision, aligning it with company goals and market opportunities.
•Maintain and prioritize the product backlog with epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; run sprint planning with Engineering.
•Define and track product KPIs (user adoption, engagement, retention, satisfaction) and analyze usage data and A/B test outcomes.
•Act as the key liaison between technical and non-technical teams (Sales, Academic, Customer Success), communicating progress, timelines, and impacts.
•Collaborate with QA for stability and release quality, and ensure accessibility, scalability, and localization standards across regions.

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise software.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or product certification like CSPO/PSPO is a plus).
•Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and tools such as Jira and Confluence (Notion is mentioned as well).
•Deep understanding of learning platforms (LMS, LXP) and education technology ecosystems.
•Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
