Key Responsibilities

  • •Service and repair HVAC/chiller equipment and assemble units, ranging from 50 ton to 4000 ton chillers and DX units.
  • •Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and systems at customer locations as needed.
  • •Perform scheduled and unscheduled preventative maintenance, inspections, and service requests including replacements and modifications.
  • •Test chillers, conduct point-to-point testing, start up, commission, and service assigned chillers/HVAC equipment.
  • •Provide daily communication to understand on-site installation and repair requirements while maintaining safety and accountability of company assets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or certificate of completion from an accredited technical school.
  • •Prefer 5+ years of HVAC experience, with technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office software and proficiency with hand-held computers (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Universal Certification (required).
