Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute comprehensive risk-based audit plans for key financial processes including financial reporting, treasury, tax, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and capital expenditures.
  • •Manage the full audit lifecycle from scoping and planning through fieldwork, reporting, and tracking remediation of audit findings.
  • •Prepare clear, concise audit reports for the Director, highlighting key risks, control deficiencies, and actionable recommendations.
  • •Collaborate with process owners and business leaders to agree on remediation timelines and monitor implementation progress.
  • •Maintain knowledge of IFRS, regulatory requirements, and emerging industry risks, and drive continuous improvement of internal audit methodologies using data analytics and technology.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • •Professional certification (CIA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent) required
  • •6-8 years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, or financial control functions
  • •2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role leading audit teams
  • •Proven experience auditing financial processes, ICOFR, and financial reporting using risk-based audit methodologies (COSO, IIA Standards)
