Plant Human Resources Generalist

Partner with site leaders and employees to support a people-first workplace by driving employee relations, retention, and workforce management. Assist with job bidding and requisitions, onboarding, training, labor relations, and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. Communicate HR policies and resources (FMLA, LOA, ADA) and help oversee HR audits and maintain accurate HRIS records, working alongside the site HR leader on workforce planning and guidance.
