Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive quarterly and annual forecasting for the manufacturing facility.
  • •Analyze actual results versus forecast and prior-period performance and explain significant variances.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related finance role.
  • •Basic understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).
