Key Responsibilities

•Work as part of a team responsible for turbine engine, engine module, or component maintenance per instructions and data.
•Utilize hand tools and fixtures to disassemble/assemble and test a jet engine.
•Ensure assembly/disassembly activities comply with self-inspection or peer inspection and meet quality standards.
•Monitor processes to meet Safety, Quality and Delivery objectives.
•Support adherence to safety, quality, and delivery commitments throughout the maintenance workflow.

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or GED
•A&P license or Powerplant certificate preferred
•Aviation engine overhaul/repair experience preferred
•Hands-on experience in Disassembly, Inspection, Assembly, or Turbine Engine Test Operations preferred
•Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement
