Job Summary

Build next-generation cybersecurity AI products for enterprise security teams as a hands-on individual contributor. You’ll develop production-grade, agentic AI solutions that investigate threats, triage alerts, automate security workflows, analyze vulnerabilities, and improve security decisions. Work across LLM applications, retrieval-augmented generation, tool orchestration, context management, and model evaluation, alongside cloud-native software engineering with secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Build cybersecurity AI products using strong AI engineering practices and develop production-grade software.
•Develop and operate agentic solutions that help users investigate threats, triage alerts, and automate security workflows.
•Analyze vulnerabilities and translate customer problems into practical AI-driven security capabilities.
•Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve quality, safety, reliability, latency, and cost.
•Collaborate in a newly formed product development team, working through ambiguity to ship reliable product features.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters), or 2 years with a PhD (or 11+ years relevant experience).
•Experience building LLM applications, AI agents/copilots, automation systems, or RAG-based products.
•Practical experience with agentic AI systems and evaluation methods (e.g., golden datasets, offline/online evaluation, regression testing).
•Strong programming ability in one or more of Python, TypeScript/Node.js, Go, Java, C#, or Rust.
•Hands-on cloud and software engineering experience (e.g., AWS/Azure, APIs, backend services, and secure software development).
