Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients personally, professionally, and financially.
  • •Accurately process all financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
  • •Resolve more complex client servicing issues and transition clients to a Banker when appropriate.
  • •Provide customized financial wellness recommendations by listening for opportunities during conversations and through proactive calling.
  • •Maintain compliance, audit, and security procedures, including balancing the cash drawer within guidelines, and support branch activities (e.g., huddles, debriefs, Saturdays as directed).

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED (or equivalent business experience).
  • •Experience developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Experience handling cash and accurately processing financial service transactions.
  • •General understanding of PC/Windows-based applications and a calculator.
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
