Lead, develop, and motivate a team of brand advocates to deliver a consistent, best-in-class customer experience. Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, store operations, and community connection while staying compliant with company standards. Coach staff, supervise floor coverage and store opening/closing, support training and development, help manage financial and operational objectives, and assist with hiring, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
