Default Servicing Phone Agent

Contact past-due customers on consumer accounts and help them navigate repayment options. You’ll negotiate and facilitate loan payment schedules, follow up on repayment agreements, and analyze each customer’s account disposition. The role requires accurate verification and documentation in the collection system, professional and ethical handling of sensitive situations, and escalation of special problems when needed—within an on-site contact center environment.
