Job Summary

Design and lead enterprise AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions, translating current product architecture into scalable, governed, production-ready systems. Own end-to-end AI solution architecture across data ingestion, model training, inference, and continuous monitoring, with deep expertise in RAG and agentic AI. Integrate multi-agent workflows into legacy apps and cloud-native platforms, run POCs, and establish MLOps/LLMOps practices on AWS and Azure using Microsoft Copilot as the primary UX layer.

Key Responsibilities

•Define end-to-end AI blueprints spanning data ingestion, model training, inference, and continuous monitoring aligned to enterprise systems and governance standards.
•Architect AI/ML solutions that embed into legacy applications, ERPs, and cloud-native systems, including multi-agent workflows.
•Implement governance and compliance guardrails covering ethical AI, model risk management, data privacy, and explainability.
•Establish MLOps/LLMOps capabilities including CI/CD for AI, model versioning, automated retraining, and drift detection.
•Design and implement RAG and agentic AI architectures using vector databases and orchestration with guardrails and human-in-the-loop controls.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience designing enterprise AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
•Deep expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and agentic AI architecture on cloud-native platforms.
•Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures covering data ingestion, training, deployment/inference, and continuous monitoring.
•Ability to conduct POCs to demonstrate proof of design considerations.
•Strong knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices (CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, drift detection) and governance requirements.
