Operations Manager - York

Supervise daily operations in a Carvana Inspection Center’s vehicle reconditioning process. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to operating standards, policies, and performance metrics. Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving, support production planning and capacity, and maintain a culture of safety, loss prevention, and positive team engagement to meet quality, production, and cost objectives.
