Key Responsibilities

  • •Embody a strong client experience culture by engaging clients in-person and by phone and delivering an impact-driven experience.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations and solutions.
  • •Open and support consumer and business accounts and products including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Consistently attain individual sales and activity goals, leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations including assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience building new and existing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing).
