Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted HR advisor to employees and leaders, delivering strategic HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
•Partner with Senior Global Leaders to build bench strength for key roles and develop high-performing teams across locations.
•Lead talent lifecycle activities including talent reviews, succession planning, calibration and performance management for client groups.
•Coach managers on performance feedback and team effectiveness to drive organizational performance.
•Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure consistent execution of enterprise processes and policies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience
•Strong working knowledge of UK employment law (required)
•HR experience supporting multi-country teams preferred
•Experience working for a global, multi-faceted organisation
•Proven ability to manage employee relations and performance matters independently
