Key Responsibilities

  • •Own credit risk assessment and reserve management, evolving models and tooling for smarter automation over time.
  • •Own fraud controls, freeze mechanisms, and dispute workflows; build proactive fraud detection and prevention strategies.
  • •Own end-to-end onboarding compliance automation (KYB verification, AML screening, background checks) to reduce manual effort while maintaining regulatory defensibility.
  • •Build flexible, platform-oriented systems that operations teams can configure and extend without engineering bottlenecks.
  • •Partner with Collections and Treasury on risk reserves, payment blocks, and enforcement actions; lead iterative delivery and stakeholder alignment across teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code; autonomously build, debug, and ship functional code and prototypes.

  • •Seasoned Product Manager with a track record on platform, API, or products for operational teams.
  • •Platform mindset building scalable systems others can extend without proportional increases in manual effort or complexity.
  • •Business-level proficiency in English; strong UX sensibilities and outstanding communication/collaboration for async workflows.
  • •Data-driven decision-making using comfort querying data and visualisation tools.
