Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end channel partner lifecycle: scouting, onboarding, contracting, system setup, training, and first-order execution.
  • •Develop and manage the channel plan, including segmentation, tier assignment, budgeting/forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • •Conduct quarterly business reviews, action planning, escalation handling, and channel-conflict prevention.
  • •Build and maintain dashboards/reports to track sell-in vs sell-out, pipeline health, and partner performance; perform pricing/margin/discount analysis.
  • •Drive enablement and digital adoption: training on systems and portals, marketing/demand generation activities, and voice-of-the-channel feedback loops.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage).
  • •Years of experience in channel/distributor sales, technical sales, or business development in an industrial B2B environment.
  • •Proven track record of growing sales through indirect/partner channels.
  • •Experience with distributors, dealers, system integrators, or OEM partners preferred.
  • •Fluent English and willingness to travel 30–50% within the assigned territory.
