Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead RFP analysis, proposal development and reviews, negotiations, contract execution, and overall contract administration.
  • •Contribute throughout pre-proposal planning, proposal development, negotiation, and program startup.
  • •Partner with portfolio directors, program managers, chief engineers, business/estimating, and supply chain to ensure successful contract performance.
  • •Identify, mitigate, and drive resolution of contractual issues and ensure compliance with company policies and requirements.
  • •Advise senior leadership on contractual rights, obligations, risks, and mitigation strategies, and interface with customers on correspondence and contract changes.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires a University Degree (or equivalent experience) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience.
  • •Experience in contracts management, program management, business management, finance and/or supply chain.
  • •Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance (Secret) is required prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
  • •Lead complex contract execution activities including negotiations and overall contract administration.
  • •Strong contractual acumen and knowledge of U.S. Government acquisition processes (FAR and DFARS) is required to succeed.
