Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
  • •Move dynamically between the retail floor and back of house, resolve client needs, and execute operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment.
  • •Ability to move constantly around the store during shifts.
