Lead Visa’s Protective Intelligence program as a senior thought partner, defining strategy and overseeing threat identification, geopolitical analysis, investigations, and executive risk management. Manage a small intelligence team and serve as Deputy Director for the Global Security Operations Center, providing escalation thresholds and incident support. Build protective intelligence capabilities across digital exposure, executive threats, travel security, vendor intelligence, and core program infrastructure, while driving KPIs, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.
