Key Responsibilities

  • •Own manufacturing for Roadrunner product groups, from prototyping to full-scale production.
  • •Partner with design engineers to drive DFM best practices and transition from design to prototype to rate production.
  • •Own manufacturing requirements for mechanical fabrication and avionics, including subject matter expertise.
  • •Lead quality management and manufacturing documentation at scale (e.g., MBOMs, work instructions, requirements).
  • •Analyze manufacturing metrics for continuous improvement and mentor junior staff; travel to suppliers to solve production issues.

Key Requirements
