Key Responsibilities

•Analyze customer issues and project requirements.
•Provide estimates, impact analyses, and feasibility assessments for SAP solutions.
•Create functional specifications for support tickets, enhancements, and projects; define ABAP development specifications.
•Perform SD module configuration, unit/integration testing, and coordinate UAT.
•Conduct root cause and impact analysis; provide documentation, training, and SAP improvement recommendations.

Key Requirements

•At least 8 years of SAP experience, including 3 years in support.
•Strong knowledge of SAP SD pricing and ATP checks, plus EDI and SAP interface processing techniques.
•Strong knowledge of SAP MM procurement, inventory management, and subcontracting processes.
•Strong knowledge of SAP Logistics Execution configuration and After Market processes (service, warranty, dealer management).
•Good written/verbal communication, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to lead a team of consultants.
