Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire and life safety building services systems.
  • •Develop and manage planned preventive maintenance programs aligned with SFG20 standards and client contractual requirements.
  • •Monitor engineering performance against SLAs and KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop engineering supervisors, engineers, and technical staff.
  • •Maintain CMMS asset register integrity and ensure complete maintenance and compliance records.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related discipline; Master’s preferred.
  • •10+ years progressive experience in facilities management/engineering operations/building services, including 8+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • •Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration required; PMP and/or NEBOSH/IOSH or facilities/asset management certifications preferred.
  • •Extensive experience delivering engineering services in the GCC market and its regulatory environment.
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical communication skills.
