Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide training support to own retail and franchise teams to drive retail business and consumer experience.
  • •Develop and track training efficiency using retail and training KPIs, and improve training solutions to meet short- and long-term retail needs.
  • •Create comprehensive training plans and programs for staff learning needs across retail and franchise teams.
  • •Maintain and optimize the retail training structure and clustered learning curricula; develop KPIs and processes to evaluate training delivery quality and effectiveness.
  • •Manage and develop direct reports through performance management, capability improvement in soft and functional skills, and share best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 6-8 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • •Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred.
  • •University degree or above.
  • •English fluency and Mandarin fluency.
  • •Strong project management and communication/interpersonal skills.
